How long does it take to process my order?

All items take 24 - 48 hours to process before shipping and will ship within 2-4 business days pending item availability and credit card verification. 

Do you offer complimentary shipping?

We currently offer complimentary shipping when you spend $275 or more however, shipping rates for all other orders are calculated upon check out. 

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. For all countries outside of the United States, the shipping fee will be directly calculated during checkout.

Is there a warranty on my product?

At GLOWADARKWAH we currently do not offer warranty on any of our products. If you are experiencing issues with your order please email us at and we will be more than happy to assist you.

How do I take care of my products?

All of our products are made out of saffiano leather. To clean your products we recommend using a soft cloth that is slightly damp to remove the dirt. Be careful to not press down on the material too hard as it may cause issues with the finish and color of your product.

1. We recommend keeping your product in the dust-bag to protect it from scratches.

2. We recommend storing your leather product away from direct sunlight as it may cause fading.

3. While saffiano leather is best known to be 'waterproof', we recommend drying it after any water exposure with a clean towel to help maintain the quality. 

What is your return/cancellation policy? 

ALL sales are final. You may return your item in its original condition and packaging ONLY if your item is damaged within 5 days of delivery. You will have to email us with photos and videos as evidence of product damage.  If you have any questions please do not hesitate to reach out to us at

How do I process a return?

You may process a return by emailing us at We will email you a return shipping label for you to send your item back. The full cost of your return label will be deducted from your store credit. 

Will I be charged for return shipping?

For all returns, you will pay in full for the cost of return shipping. We will send a label, which will be deducted from the store credit.

What if I need to adjust or cancel my order prior to shipment?

Once your order is placed, we are able to alter your order as long as it has not yet left our facility. Should you decide you would like to change your order for any reason, we are happy to cancel your current order so that a new order can be placed. Please note once your item has shipped we will not be able to cancel your order with the carrier.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email to the provided email address. Once your item has shipped, we will follow up with a shipping notification so that you may track your item.

Can I cancel my order?

Once you have placed your order and it has been shipped, you are unable to cancel it. If we are still in the processing stage of your order, you are able to make changes to your order but can't cancel the order.
